Its location just outside of the historic center, across the creek, offers a quiet area to relax. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room, including a big bed, made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

Room was noisy and very smelly sewer smell!! We left early because of this.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. All aspects of this hotel were ok, nothing to improve.

The hotel is really nice, very well decorated and cozy. The owners are very pleasant helping the guests with turistical information and making sure everyone have a good experience. The distance is perfect, you are close enought to walk to paraty but distant enought to scape the noise when the city is too busy.

Everything was above the standard that we had expected... we were not at all disappointed... we were extremely happy..

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the hotel facilities, including the clean pool and the outdoor area with hammocks. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious cakes, bread, sliced meats, and fresh juice. Additionally, the staff was great and helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient for transportation to this city's main attractions like restaurants in the old centre, town centre or beach, and close to the old town.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Nice external area with a pool and good breakfast assortment with quality. Convenient location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Room upgrade perk was appreciated.

The wifi signal was weak and the TV reception was poor. A bit noisy due to construction nearby. Moreover, we had to keep waiting for someone to open the door if we returned late at night.

Tastefully furnished, excellent breakfast, extremely helpful owners who take personal interest in their guests.

The only negative factor was the very poor sound insulation of the building. One shouldn't be able to hear the person in the room next door peeing!

Well presented and as it looks on the photos Friendly, clean and good breakfast (fruit, breads, ham and cheese +) We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return. Dealt with stay extension request well as we had to move room etc. Nice pool and all well kept. Small micro brewery next door doing good local refreshments and food - so you do not have to walk into town if you have little inclination.

Limited English at desk with some good and some poor staff at languages. Located some way out of town but nice safe walk down river which we liked - would say this is a positive for those happy to do 500m walk. A few flies around sweet breads at breakfast - outside so little that you can do except covers maybe...... Mainly Portuguese speaking Brasilians in residence with little tourist advice easily available Little insulation in the building so noise can travel if there are noisy people in residence - effected us only 2 nights - I would say this is a general issue for Brasilian Poussada type accommodation

the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise and offered enough space for our luggage. the location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

Poor Maintenance, Limited Amenities the overall maintenance could have been better. We found the amenities to be lacking, particularly given the price paid.

The place has a very quaint look to it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and internet are included in the price, and there is a sauna, pool, and game room.

The breakfast was good but not great, and the internet was sketchy. The bed is not very comfortable.
